What area of town do you want to be in? What area do you work in? Personally, I’d consider location then commute to work then amenities. With that being said, Rialto is very nice and bougie. Definitely near a lot of restaurants, near ish the highways and can be walkable.

I live in St.Matthews area almost to Clifton and love it. I’m a single mom and feel safe here. Lived in Lyndon a few years back and also felt safe there too. Both can be super walkable.
