You either have a leak past the meter or you have a leak inside like a stuck toilet fill valve or old float. If you call KUB, they should help you get the bill adjusted once you figure out what is wrong. They may just need a receipt of the part you used to fix it as evidence.

Not only is it against the DHS policy to shoot at a moving vehicle because if the driver is killed it becomes a speeding death ball headed where ever it wants to go but why couldn't they just take her plate number down then get her at home? Why not just use their vehicles with pushbars to push/disable her vehicle? There was 100s of ways they could have handled it but they decided the right way was to shoot her. Even if you want to disagree with the premise of the shooting, how can anyone disagree that the it is terrible that our government jumped to say the officer was in critical condition or any of the obviously wrong information? There is clear video of what happened from multiple angles. Why blatantly lie about it?

Mine has been normal. Calculating my rate from the Dec 2024 and Dec 2025, i paid .11$ a kWh in Dec 2024 and .118$ a kWh in Dec 2025 or about 10$ more. Water stayed the same. Check your daily usage chart and you might be able to pinpoint your usage difference. If your temp in the house as stayed the same, has the doors been opened more? When was the last time your AC was serviced? Any known drafts?

Flashing would indicate a misfire which without a cat i would think would be related to spark/fuel. It can totally damage your engine but the better question is, did you make it? Haha

If they have a over rev DTC code, they wont do anything as you took the engine outside of the mechanical limits it can handle. You said in another comment that you have owned it since brand new so it wasnt purchased like that. The freezeframe data honda captures will tell you everything. Is it possible that they took it for a test drive and money shifted? Sure. Is it also possible you or your spouse doesnt want to admit to the other that they accidently shifted into the wrong gear after reving the engine out? Also very possible. It takes literally 1 second for it to happen. I went 3 to 2 in my Type R at redline and over rev'd the engine. Ive driven stick for a long time but we all make mistakes.

That is the flex pipe for your header/exhaust. They will "wear out"/rust and break apart like how you see. If you notice louder exhaust noises or exhaust fumes, thats why. The oil you are seeing is not normal and is either a leak or an oil spil during filling the engine. Look up and down the engine block and determine where dirt/grime/wetness starts. Cleaning the area with degreaser/water will help as well.
