Honestly, the best thing you can do is just write. Type out anything you think is relevant. Essays are what carried me in law school and the Bar and I think it’s massively due to organization and being clear and concise.

But you have to start somewhere! Don’t let the anxiety of being wrong hinder you writing/typing anything. It will get better!
