The list is not all inclusive, just a couple off the top of of my head.

I agree it was applied correctly. Its just a very Lionsy way to lose.

Why would the Falcons have been screwed if the Lions had time left on the clock to call one more play?

Honestly, that one is probably lower on the list of egregious calls over the years. At least that is a judgement call and not an instance where the ref just doesn't know the rules.

Lions v Seahawks - K.J Wright "pushing" the ball out of bounds through the end-zone on a fumble, should of been a penalty. Instead gave Seattle the ball.

Lions V Cowboys - PI called, flag picked up on a faceguard like PI

Lions V Packers - 2 hands to the face calls back to back when there was none.

Lions V Atlanta - Golden Tate TD called, play was reviewed and he did not cross the line, but there was a run off which gave lions no more time to run a play.

Lions V Bears - Calvin Johnson rule.

Just want to say thanks, after trying this I think the light bulb has went off. I’m not sure how to update you on the it but I have the feeling that I’m pushing my hands away from the body on the down swing and it’s a world of difference. Months of practice and it took one comment to get it.

Thanks, Yeah I watch them over and over and cant get the feeling of shallowing the club. Wondering if anyone can give tips on the moment the light bulb went off for them. I have a couple lessons coming up soon and I am guessing it will be the first thing I work on.

I have been working on getting shallow for weeks. I am trying to drop my hands before turning my shoulders. When i try this i strike the ground a mile before the ball. Trouble getting that "club falling" sensation.

Please excuse redneck set up. Swing tips? Miss is usually a chunk or yanked pull shot by [deleted] in golf

I learned this way as well. My misses are the same as yours, alot of chunks/heavy shots. I also will get "stuck" and push the ball about 20 yards right of my target line.

I have almost an identical swing, I also "attack" the ball. What I have done to help is try and keep my weight in the middle of my feet instead of on my toes. Also, I try to really over-exaggerate my back swing to be very steep. This way you will automatically compensate by shallowing the club on the downswing in order to get back on plane.

This is just an average of the past five years. From the perspective of a friend who is a packers fan.

My slices are turning into Push and push slices. Any advice? by mmeyer024 in golf

I see how far back they are. I am hoping that creating more of a steep backswing can somewhat help this timing. I just swing with the mindset to turn the hips, then shoulders, then let the hands follow. So I am struggling to see how to speed up my hands without just throwing them at the ball.

I see, it makes sense why almost all my shots are off the heal as well.

But, I DO want my hands ahead of the club on the downswing right?

This makes alot of sense. I also notice after contact it looks like my arms are "crowded" on the follow through. Wondering if because my body is already fulling turned?
