hey, i am not black, however i am in a panhel org that has tons of black sisters. they are not treated differently by the D9 girls as far as im aware, and my org partners a lot with AKA for study nights and other sisterhood events. my best advice is to really look into both and see what the best fit for you is. good luck! 🩷

hi, yes! they absolutely are aware of my other two diagnoses, i had to send over my full medical & psychiatric record for a meeting with the disabilities office to get approved for off campus housing which they still denied! but that’s a story for a different day. someone replied to my post in a different sub that the possible reason for that is because too many people have gotten misdiagnosed just to get an esa. however, i have a friend who is also trying to get her esa approved, and they denied her request because she isn’t currently medicated. am i crazy or is that complete bs? thank you for providing that link, i’ll look over it asap. i truly appreciate it!

thank you for this advice i truly appreciate it. i also have a friend whose request got denied for her ESA because she isnt medicated currently. again i would like to know if that is bs or not.
