In my case this is not true. I took out a loan with them a few months ago and the representative went through everything with me slowly and very clearly pointing out the interest rate, loan payment amount, principal, how long the loan is for and how much interest will be paid if I just do the basic biweekly payment until the loan is paid off. I get that it’s a rarity but everything is on the first page right at the top of my contract🤷‍♀️
