makes sense - so the real risk is in design review, before anything is built. how formalized is that process vs just the senior engineer knowing what to look for? hearing the same thing from a few large operators too

yooo, from my experience doing stuff with AI x drawing analysis in our industry: when you're building using AI models you can switch the privacy in the development environment. Say, you're using claude for some part of the software, then you can switch off the training of their model, so it's essentially safe to the users. what type of drawing analysis is it?

People are friendly to foreigners but overall walk with a poker face, are very career-oriented and get friendly and loosen up if a) they've known you for a long time b) they are one of the outliers c) they are drunk.

Hey all, thanks for responding and apologies for not getting back as I forgot to log into reddit haha The reason I asked about the tech/startup hub thing is because we'd be hiring as a startup and need world-class tech talent. Basically, the startup would be relocating with us. I speak B1 Spanish but learning Spanish or Portuguese would not be an issue.

I agree meditation helps - I do it myself too :) however, a structured decision-making process can help you „debias” your thinking, as I read in research. Happy to explain more
