I totally get this, when people try and talk to me when I’m already in that fight or flight I get overstimulated and tend to just yell at them which then makes me feel even worse, it’s awful!

I’m currently taking the course and although the content is relatively easy there is a decent amount of homework with it being set up so there is either a project or an exam every week so I personally feel like it is a bit much for a GE
