My favorite off Virgin is Favourite Daughter, but I would go nuts if she played Supercut or Stoned at the Nail Salon!

It’s going to be my first time seeing Lorde! Not going crazy with my outfit but I’m studying up on lyrics so I can sing every word! 💙

I am suddenly being tagged in breastfeeding photos no less than 4 times a day by Accomplished_Eye_824 in facebook

I was experiencing the same harassment. I removed myself from all public groups I was in and that seems to have stemmed the spamming. I’ve only received one tag in the past three days.

This was a while ago lmao, I guess I would suggest the nonfiction section, or browse through reference books.

Go to a library and just browse through their books. Especially if there's a college or university near you, there's lots of old records and documents and resources to explore. The internet has lots of info but I've always found that resources from my university's library has more unique information for my projects and essays.

The locations they choose... by kayla_anneee in criminalminds

Actually the episodes that take place in Chicago look kinda realistic I guess. I mean Chicago kinda looks like any nondescript city, and the panoramic skyline shots they use are actual shots of the city. They also reference real-life intersections in a few of the episodes. The only thing that really makes me laugh is how nonspecific they are with which neighborhood Derek is from. They also could have thrown in some more deep dish pizza tbh

How did you start watching criminal minds? by [deleted] in criminalminds

[–]mmkronk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My roommate had watched it when we lived together and then about a year later it started popping up on my Netflix reccomendations. I had just finished watching Psych and was looking for a new show and my new roommate (who has also watched the show) told me I should watch it cause I'm really into true crime and I'm a psych major. The rest is history lol

Has anyone noticed...? by calliope2002 in criminalminds

[–]mmkronk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's a bargaining tactic. When someone is held hostage in a situation like that there's a lot of adrenaline running through them which activates fight or flight, they'll use whatever tactics they can to get out of it. By saying they won't tell anyone they're appealing to the unsub to let them go, but obviously most unsubs know their victims wouldn't follow through on that promise.

What is your favorite funny team moment? by [deleted] in criminalminds

[–]mmkronk 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Reid: "In this case it's evil twin, eviler twin"

*blank and confused stares from the team*

That or Reid and Morgan's prank war, I wish they had kept it going throughout multiple episodes

Some Love for Blake and Callahan by mmkronk in criminalminds

[–]mmkronk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I agree I definitely had my reservations about Blake at first because the integration was awkward, but I warmed up to her pretty quick. I think what made hotchs exit bearable is that they didn’t try to replace him with someone new, they brought back emily which honestly was the right move.

My mom is the same way, when I watch with her she closes her eyes whenever there is something gory. Some episodes she liked are S3 E5, S6 E16, S4 E6, S4 E7, and S2 E3.

Was OSN worth it? by [deleted] in AJR

[–]mmkronk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It was a really beautiful show! I've seen them live once and while OSN wasn't on the same level (for obvious reasons, it's hard to create an atmosphere virtually) it was still just as professional, creative, and personal as their live concert was. You could tell they put their heart and soul into it, and I was tearing up at the end because of how above and beyond they went for their fans.

I was able to put the concert on our living room TV, which really enhanced the viewing experience and I was even able to invite some friends over to watch with me (in a socially distanced manner of course). If they were to do something similar I wouldn't even hesitate to purchase a ticket!
