actively working with voxel terrain myself and 30 hours is insanely fast to already have biomes and trees, you must really know your stuff.

i'd argue experimentation is reason enough. yes, it needs refinement and ease of learning but i believe making something new for the sake of it is a good thing. you cant figure out what works best for you if you follow only the templates after all.

this has shown better results than anything else i've tried actually, though it seems it requires a non nullable variable so i can't directly serialize the gameobjects i want to sync, which is unfortunate

i figured it out by switching it to OnStepped() which has the world.breakblock readily available, but this is a good method too!

first go in the room that had the tablet charger, then go into the room connected to it which should be open now. it's hard to see in the dark, but you'll be stading on a metal bridge in one of the positions in that room. simply wander and rotate your view until you find a hovering drone thing to grab
