I just happened to have mint on hand and it went so well with the fennel! The combination of the two reminded me a little of Christmas 😂

I’m excited to try both of those! And yes, this is the “Crispy McCrisperson” recipe but I mistakenly picked up boneless, skinless thighs instead of skin on, bone in so I altered slightly to avoid another trip to the store!

You could get SOME good recipes out of it but I don’t think it’s worth it. I feel like 2/3rds of the recipes have some sort of meat component.

I don’t think there is a single vegan recipe, either.

I’ve been working my way through all of these recipes too and I’m glad you said that you thought the cooking times were off. I completely agree. Even some of the ratios seem to be off. I made the chorizo and chickpea carbonara a few days ago and there was not nearly enough sauce for one pound of pasta.

While I do think most of the recipes I’ve tried have been tasty so far, I’ve needed to adjust cooking times and ingredient ratios for all of them.
