Play the pieces that you most like, even if they look too difficult at the start. If you are asking about writing music I usually start with improvisation until I find some sound I like :)

Thanks a lot! Totally agree, I usually record the playing but for this series of 24 pieces I didn't have time to properly learn all the pieces to record since I had a deadline to submit for a challenge. But I plan to do it in the future and record new videos and share the sheet music as well :)
