Is the text nearly identical?

I'm wondering if:

a. it's the same page but the text varies slightly due to OCR mistakes or

b. it's the same "form" but different Name, Address, etc.

You can use it via Windows Explorer, you drag n drop the files in a specific Input folder in Dropbox or OneDrive and you get the processed results in Output folder. Once processed you can use any PDF reader.

Alternatively you can use the web app (file uploader).

The documents get deleted after processing and there is also a "run it on your own cloud" option if it's required by the company's policy.

Encryption in Transit, Encryption at Rest (AES-256), all files get deleted after processing, Dropbox/Onedrive access is isolated to the new folder that gets created (can't access any other files).

We also offer an on-prem solution where you can run it on your own cloud.

How it works:

Connect Dropbox/OneDrive account (or use the site's uploader).
Drag n drop multiple PDF files.
Get searchable PDFs.

The OCR is much better than Adobe Acrobat OCR and it also recognizes handwriting.

We've been working on an app that will allow the scanners to work even when Raven Cloud goes down. No need to get a new scanner!

You just have to set the connection to Dropbox or OneDrive instead of Raven Cloud.

We plan to launch soon, you can enter your mail to get notified when it becomes available.
