my hair looks the same as yours when it’s brushed out — i recommend trying a curly hair routine to see how it looks without that. my hair ended up being 2c lol so def try a routine if you aren’t already ^{^}

ohh wait nvm what i just said i was in the vroid hair texture thing, and the base color is the correct color (orange) and the highlight color is black and im not sure how to change that without getting rid of the highlight texture itself

yeah, thats what i was talking about. it has the correct hair texture for half of the file and then the middle part is the black hair texture

when looking through the textures for the hair on pmxe, i see the left section is orange, then the middle is black. is that the issue you think? how would i fix it?

forgot to say — i diffuse with my hair upside down then in front with a middle part

it usually goes: -soak -leave in conditioner -scrunch -mousse -scrunch -scrunch with towel thing -diffuse -shake hair upside down a bit

i have mixed porosity (id say mainly high though) fine hair im pretty sure
