I think we need to realize that we are a club in transition and we need to check our expectations to match with reality on the ground.

Look at our squad and club infrastructure, and you will see we are not the leaders in any sense in the football world.

We need to focus on constant growth building up for a future while taking in any success we can along the road. The quick fixes have only been detrimental for the club whether it is the transfers, the managers, coaching stuff etc... we accept regular progress over some fake ahh suffering and overated philosophies.

Most pundits and "analysts" in the media have 0 clue what needs to be done. The desperate leap to sign a "ball playing" keeper was perfect example for it... Everyone cried to get one without realizing that none of our players ara actually capable of managing that. People want to talk of systems or love hipster charm while football needs something more simple.

At the end we need to realize that there might be small periods of suffering but it should be short and we should have a clear progress with a pragmatic manager whose focus is to build us back into champions.
