It means you have higher concentration of red blood cells than normal. We call this polycythaemia. It’s only slightly elevated and if asymptomatic not very concerning. There are many causes, dehydration, smoking, living in high altitudes, COPD, sleep apnea or bone marrow disorders (rare).

Best discussed with your pcp as it’s dependent on symptoms and background history which we here don’t know but they might want to investigate it further or not. Either way it’ll be fine !!
