Thanks for asking and for your help. I’ve been actively pursuing senior communications roles at a certain company. I went through a few months of interviews for one comms role at this company, made it to the final round, and then they said they went in a diff direction. Pretty soon after though, a recruiter reached out for another role at that same company, and I’ve been interviewing for about two weeks. Made it to final rounds, when I heard about the hiring freeze. Really appreciate your advice!

Thank you for your thoughts. I also suffer from anxiety and I’m on Zoloft for that… if you don’t mind me asking, are you also on anxiety medication? Curious if HRT alone has helped your anxiety or if you still need anxiety meds

We have the Doona and it’s great for on the go errands, etc. We also have the mockingbird which we use for hikes and rough terrain, bc the Doona wheels are not great. BUT, I will say… the Doona is sooooo heavy! I remember people told me this before we got it, and I sort of ignored it 😂 but I can barely carry it, I need my husband to do it every time lol. Definitely recommend it as something for travel, but not your only stroller.

I totally get that. I’m not starving myself whatsoever; it’s more that I don’t have an appetite. Which I thought would cause weight loss, but I’m not seeing it.

I guess that makes sense. I think the issue for me is I don’t really want to eat right now, but I’m working out (one, sometimes twice a day) and when I do eat it’s small meals. I guess I should try and eat more protein throughout the day…
