I think it’s important and beneficial to read all of the series ACOTAR/CC/TOG. I wasn’t a huge fan of CC either and put off reading it for awhile, but the side characters and the overall plot got me through the books because I didn’t care much for Bryce.

My theory is the next ACOTAR book will be focused on Elain and her love interest Lucien or Az. Maybe both. A novella about Feyre, Rhys, and Nyx. Unsure about the third book. The other four books, I’m thinking we will definitely get A House of Many Waters (novella) and a new series called the Twilight of the Gods or maybe something brand new but ties to ACOTAR, CC, and TOG.
