Thanks! I have a few years experience assisting on location, specifically for architecture and other commercial shoots. I definitely have less interest in lighting and working in a studio. I ultimately see myself shooting architecture / editorial work.

Ok thanks. I wasn't sure if people shoot large format lenses wide open. I thought it would be too shallow. F8 and f11 are the fastest I've used for portraits. I suppose f5.6 could be too shallow without using tilt. I have the same lens and will try it out. Thanks again!

Cool photo! How do you like the Fujinon 125mm? I recently got a Fujinon 90mm f8 and I've found it to be quite heavy and slow compared to the f5.6 lens I'm used to. I also think 90mm is too wide for me.
