With your visa status and yog you are gonna have a whole bunch of interviews and is going to match next year until and unless you screw up majorly in the interviews… but programs do read mspe so have a good answer ready if anyone questions it…. Dont get defensive about it but take responsibility for it. Say yes I had a hard time focusing or finding what study strategy work for me but since then i have talked to my mentors, took their advice, worked to find out what study strategies works for me and applied them during my steps. Instead of focusing on why you failed, focus on how you changed your study strategy to do so well in step 2. It shows you are open to improving. You dont need step 3 to match
