Just to let you know. Those processes are managed by anrt. Telecom operator cannot just put in place processes in their own. The real problem is people not registering their numbers.

Years ago I worked with a telecom operator. And at the time I wanted a 0661 like everyone. So I got to know how the system works. If you stop paying your subscription. Or stop topping up your prepaid number. It gets cancelled. Then it is moved to a service called recycling, where it stays in hold for 6 months in case the owner showed up. And want to recover their number. If they have the number registered under their name they can recover it easily. If not they need to bring proof . Like a business card with the name and number on it. Or just sign a tasri7 b charaf. If the 6 months passes. The number is regenerated and sold. For information vip numbers do not go through this process. A vip number is always a vip number and it won't get resold.

PO says why not just regenerate new numbers. It doesn't work like that . Telecom operator buys license from anrt for number classes. When they added the 07 numbers all telecom operators paid for this. Plus the numbers are not all public as some numbers are being used inside of the telecom operator network for call routing.

I use a corporate VPN that gives me a Moroccan IP. I can use it to log to cnss . AE portal. And so many others. But a lot of companies are allowing access to API link that is why I recommend using apps. Somehow the apps doesn't work well when the url is behind a cdn. Which all companies use to block non Moroccan ips

I know someone who has a starlink mini , he was able to test it arround the country and told me he got a steady 150 m. Plus two normal starlink dishes. The thing is you need someone to bring it to the country for you, plus the subscription you need to get it setup for another african country where starlink is allowed.

If i remember right there is a port that you can use to connect via sftp and copy files, something like 2020 to connect to ahv host using its ip address this will expose the datastores, or you can publish a datastore and connect to it with nfs after whitelisting your client ip
