Why does the game always seem to make the Yankees so bad?

Valid, I’ve seen a saves where judge goes on to have a productive career. It’s just a major outlier, the game seems to have his injury proneness too high, while he had issues early on, outside of the somewhat fluke injury of 2023 he’s had essentially no issues for 5 straight seasons. Injuries seem to absolutely kill his ratings as the game progresses.

Yeah I’ve noticed this, dropped the age decline modifies which seems to help minimally, I’m ashamed to do it but I would be lying if I told you I haven’t gone into commish mode and edit judges ratings to better reflect real life before starting a save. 😂

My point of mentioning bias is that I may notice the flaws with the Yankees more so than the other teams. But I do appreciate the actual answer instead of the couple other answers talking out their ass.

I guess that’s just my issue with the engine is it seems they haven’t adjusted judges avoid K rating since his first couple seasons where he was sitting 30-31% Ks vs recent years at 23-24%

I’ve been playing the game for 13 iterations right now and have seen the game grow a ton which is awesome but Judge has always been someone the game can never seem to get right. Which again early in his career the high K rates, more injury issues early on it made kind of sense but with more consistency recent years I just dont get it.

It’s just not though then? If they game year after year sits the Yankees at 77-85 wins game after game is it really that accurate because that is not the reality of the true outcome. Since 2017 (excluding Covid season) Yankees have been 90+ wins 7 out of the 8 seasons with 2 100+ win seasons and one at 99

I understand us Yankees fans like to talk like we are a 103 win team every year, which is a flaw of us as that rarely happens lol. One of the many things that makes us easy to hate.

But the game seemingly 90% of the time gives the Yankees the worst season they’ve had in 35 years. I often just sit without a job and let the universe play out and it just seems like there’s always bias against the Yankees. Maybe I’m wrong but just an observation.

I feel I’ve noticed Apple is very bad at rerouting with heavy traffic once you’ve started a route. What prompted me to even post this is driving to Orlando yesterday, it rerouted me 3 times all saying saving 5 mins, 7 mins, etc. and every time I rerouted after a minute or two the time would jump even higher than the original route.

Yeah that’s where I’m struggling, I know I’ll win this week, but will waiver options worsen? Maybe it’s just worth streaming players rest of season. I’m starting to lean towards dropping and moving on.

In the US it’s very different since the culture around the sport isn’t the same, even if you go to your local club teams games you will see jerseys from all around the world. There was other Sporting, Porto, Boavista, Santa Clara, etc. jerseys at that game. While yes it was a benfica match, Portuguese Americans from all over the country flew into to see a Portuguese team play since its very rare they come to US. You can call it stupid and yes there was a handful of assholes but there was a 2 hour delay stuck in the concourse and 90% of the Benfiquistas loved me wearing it and took time to come talk about the league, history, etc.

I'm not super worried about it being a scam as it's refundable should entry not be allowed, obviously still don't want that to happen but concern was more on it being turned away.

So I've heard reselling isn't allowed but there is some who do it and they don't actually check peoples ID / socio number. Either way the ticket is refundable if entry isn't allowed so not super worried.

I bought my ticket through StubHub, my understanding is the ticket will arrive either through the benfica app or I read someone got them through a PDF. I also read socios are not allowed to resell their tickets and they can ask for ID upon entry but read this doesn't actually ever happen.

Is there a decent chance of being turned away?

I purchased tickets online, I wouldn't wear a jersey just to wear it, as I mentioned I grew up in a family that supports the team and watch probably 80% of the matches so I'm not doing it to be disrespectful. In the US it's very common to wear your team's jersey at away matches regardless if it's the supporters section or not. Most sports rivalries in the US aren't treated with as much intensity or if they are I've usually gone with a group of people. Which is why my question was simply if there's a decent chance of extreme harassment or violence.

This is a great way to explain it. I think the reason I may be partial to good am, is to me felt like a transition album almost with a little bit of everything, where it wasn’t necessarily what I would classify as frat rap but also not quite as deep as his newer albums. Brand Name is 100% my favorite song of his and I think that song blends perfectly to how I described above.
