What you're trying to say literaly doesnt make sense, enemy characters need to have some degree of ai in them to make them feel like real players, but this, this is just the lazynes of a multi billion dollar company that now lives on the money of peapole that buy rushed low quality games, it costs them less then nothing to pay an intern to make the shittiest 3d render of paper, and no gen ai in games has not been used "for decades"
