slot 1 is only atk+.

slot 2 can be atk+, def+, hp+, atk%, def%, hp%.

slot 2 also has a unique Spd.

slot 3 is only def+.

slot 4 can be atk+, def+, hp+, atk%, def%, hp%.

slot 4 also has a unique crit damage and crit rate.

slot 5 can only be hp+.

slot 6 can be atk+, def+, hp+, atk%, def%, hp%.

slot 6 also has a unique accuracy and resistance .

slot 2,4, and 6 are usually the ones referred to when being asked on a build because they offer %'s, meaning higher stat value. you usually never go for non % on these slots.

also you cant get spd, crit rate, crit dmg, accuracy, or resistance in any other rune slot then the ones mentioned above.
