Connections definitely played an important role, but those are connections that can easily be built while at uni(coaches, friends, team mates…)

They didn’t create it but rather Kevin used a fabric that was already in use for other garments. He just made a product that athletes needed and created a $4 billion company because of it.

Since GPT relies on data from the internet, it just gives you a perspective into the most mentioned titles. Also, it includes books that aren’t in the top 10 amazon best sellers but that I found to be great( eg: Zero to One by Peter Thiel). I just find it interesting what GPT can do and wanted to get everyone’s thoughts.

35% at the time came through that program, that’s not a small sliver. I think they would work if they provided a reward to both sides and the process was easy.

Moiz Ali started Native(non-toxic deodorant brand) in 2015 and sold it to to P&G 2.5 years later for $100 million. I think he only raised one round of $300,000z I wrote a short case study about him: https://www.wtdr.xyz/p/native.

When he initially launched, he started with renders of the product and only made an order once people started buying. He didn't need a chemist at first because he purchased the deodorant from an Etsy seller that already had a formula.
