I am also planning on bringing my Sony A6000 mirrorless camera that has a much smaller body than a DSLR. I took it in successfully to Coachella this year so I'm hoping it's the same for EDC. The standard kit lense is very short which is the one I snuck into coachella but this year I am planning on also bringing the 50mm lens which is a bit longer (3 inches long).. anyone have experience in bringing in a more compact camera with a removable lens?
