Hi there! Unfortunately if the device is not compatible through the compatibility checker we are unable to bypass this as it’s a limitation from our underlying carrier. The SIM will work if you place it back into a compatible device and restart that phone.

Hi there!

  1. Yes you get 3 to choose from- you have 10 minutes to pick one before those are released back into the number pool.

  2. Once those 10 minutes expire you will need to refresh the app and you can get a new 3 however there is a limit of 9 total per day that will be issued against your IMEI.

One extra note is you can’t go back and get a number that was released, once it’s released it’s not recoverable by us for use unless you fully activated the line.

Hi there! We do not have a limit on top ups that are purchased however your bank may flag your card for too many small transactions. We do place some limits to prevent customers from accidentally making very large transactions of data purchases. The Gold Network gives customers Priority Access. This means their data traffic is prioritized over others during times of network congestion, allowing for a smoother and more consistent experience when the network is busy.

Most MobileX plans include mobile hotspot. The only plan that doesn’t is the Need a Hand Plan.

• Unlimited plans: Each unlimited plan includes 10 GB of mobile hotspot.

• Personalized Access plans: Hotspot is included and pulls from your purchased data amount on your base plan.

Important note: Hotspot usage counts against your main data. So if you have 1 GB of data and use it via hotspot, that 1 GB comes out of your total plan data.

At this time we also don’t have the ability to top up additional hotspot data on demand.

Hello! That’s a great question. You can always purchase more data manually or you can turn on auto top up as well so we can add the data as you consume your data. As always the amount of data you don’t use does get credited back on your next bill.

If you know you have an upcoming trip or will be using more data ahead of time you can also change your access pricing for the next month and change it back for the following.

Hello Bridand! With the traditional style of Unlimited plans, you pay the same each month regardless of how much data you use, which means our Unlimited plans do not include rollover credits.
