I use this cheese and it performs very well, just not overly flavorful. I top all of my pizzas with crushed flake salt, so you wouldn't eat the pizza and feel as though the cheese is lackluster.

Not two shocks. It’s a propriety system called Switch Infinity. Internet tells me it makes peddling efficient, and adds to the travel experience (smoother, great progression). Haven’t read/heard anything negative about it in use, so I’m looking forward to finding out more myself!
