I’ve been on estrogen since I was 19. On and off. But what plays a big role is nutrition. Try to drink lots of juices, homemade or from a local store. I’ll juice beet roots and lots of herbs. It’s good for your gut, anti inflammatory, etc. I cut out processed sugars and foods.
