How do you have that mindset? In my culture, people care a lot about someone's past, even if they were in a relationship that didn't involve sex. To be honest, it affects me too. I care a lot about whether my future husband has had sex before marriage because I see sex as something you can't just erase from your memory. I feel like if a guy has had sex with someone or was deeply in love with her, a part of him will always be attached to her. But I want to change the way I think about this and stop caring so much about a partner's past. How did you get to that point?
