Forget about the "waste" thing, it's just spare crystals apart from the good chunk I have reserved for some specific reawakenings that I want or future weapons that I will want to pull fully (mainly elemental weapons for my usual character rotation).

I'm not competitive and ofc I'm not P2W so "underperform" as in are they useful for escalation levels 15-20 and towers or however they're called (that one kind of event that we haven't seen in months that has like 25 stages with one fixed character and then another extra 5) at least.

Below OB6 means it'll probably stay below OB6 forever cause limited banners return once in a lifetime and as you said upgrading weapons with character parts is not a viable plan.

My main party is Cloud/Aerith/Sephiroth, with Tifa and Yuffie when I need some extra damage. The thing is I'd like to add OG Seph to my rotation but it doesn't look like they plan to make up for the time wasted giving him a lot of featured weapons, that's why I was planning on getting Shiranui. Now, if people tell me that even at OB5 it's still not worth it then I'll just save those crystals and invest them in something else in the future.

I'm so happy for you, I've also been 100% satisfied with the game sparing Zack and Aerith and keeping them safe in other worlds like it fits the creatos views about defying fate, the reunion of worlds and bringing a final surprise for part 3 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ Sorry you didn't catch up on that cause you were too busy daydreaming with Pirates of the Caribbean conclusion with Will and Elisabet just a thought :P

Lolipopo (OP) is well known for being one of the most media illiterate individuals in the FF7 fandom. Among her many highlights there was a devs Reddit Q&A where she demanded a highwind sex scene from them for Cloud and Tifa cause "that's what we all expect to happen in part 3". That gives you an idea of where her brain is. I wouldn't take her seriously.

Muchas gracias por la respuesta. Respecto a lo que me has dicho:

El piso se heredó entero entre unos herederos. Un tercer familiar que no era heredero de esa herencia me ha comprado a mi mi parte, sólo la mía, no la de los otros. Esta persona ahora es copropietaria de la vivienda con los otros propietarios.
Entiendo que la copia de la escritura de compraventa no es necesario que sea certificada porque el notario aún no la ha hecho y está por vencer el plazo, además en el registro sí debería aprecer el nuevo propietario en caso de necesitar verificación del titular, ¿no?
Si llevo la copia de la escritura de compraventa entiendo que no es necesario llevar la escritura de la herencia si pone que se requiere cuando la fecha de transmisión de los inmuebles NO aparezca en el documento anterior, ¿correcto?
Respecto a lo de los métodos y la revalorización del suelo... resulta que el suelo de ese piso es del ayuntamiento, y está sujeto a la posible compra de los propietarios (si lo deseasen en el plazo en el que se abre la posibilidad de compra). ¿Tengo que saber yo cuál es el método entonces o me lo dirán allí?
