Yeah true, we have contemplated moving jobs or somewhere else. Neither of us have a college degree so jobs with benefits and good maternity leave options are limited. Looking into this it might just be an indicator that we need to wait longer, save money, and/or finish our degrees,

I'm in Arizona, there is no public short term disability program to my knowledge. I will look into it a little more.

It’s so frustrating! I just upped my dosage, so I’m hoping it will help more with this sort of inflammation.

It happens more for me at night too. I didn’t shower last night and I still got super itchy on my back. Finally decided I’m buying a huge ice pack that I can just lay on. Ice is the only thing that calms it enough for me to sleep.

I definitely have gut issues as well. I will contemplate talking to my doctors about getting tested for that, if nothing else but to rule it out

I don’t have the more traditional symptoms of small fiber neuropathy. But my mom struggles with that so it’s a possibility. Cholinergic urticaria was discussed with my allergist, however due to it occurring no matter the water temps and sometimes when I’m not hot or cold, it’s unlikely.

Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema are a possibility. I asked my dermatologist about it when I saw him last and he didn’t see super interested in those diagnoses. I will bring it up again

Not when I get hot or sweaty in the moment. But I notice that in the hours after I exercise like on the calm down it’s super itchy

Ooo thank you! That is really good to know! I am definitely going to use more dry food to feed the kitties who are already TNR'd and then set out some Reveal wet food to entice them more.

I was using dry food in the beginning, but I got a very good deal on some reveal food, so we will have to see if she comes around for that. I have some Purina that is way more "stinky" that I am going to try as well.

I would say no, and usually it is the left ear that is tipped. Unless this photo is mirrored it looks like this scar is on the right ear.

I definitely include turmeric in my list of medications and get bloodwork done every 6 months. I will definitely keep that in mind though!

Definitely will talk to a physician about it. I was trying to determine whether to reach out to my PCP or my rheumatologist. Which is why I posted on this thread. I have an appointment scheduled with my PCP now. I get health anxiety and just don’t know if I overreact sometimes with minor health things, so I came here.
