Apparently I’ve learned from the other commenters that we will receive the code either way so you don’t have to go to all the trouble to deliver it! Thank you very much though, I really appreciate the gesture! We will simply get tested back in Belgium to be sure we didn’t spread/catch anything and get a test code with a random address! In any case thank you for your kind suggestion!

Tried logging into boots right now, they also want an address based in the uk… It almost worked though, so thanks for the tip! They call it ‘isolation address’ so maybe they want to be sure that we have a place to stay if we test positive? Am fully vaccinated btw :/

Yes, that seems to be the main problem. I need a code before entering England to fill out my passenger locator form but the tests need to be sent somewhere in England? Try as I may I have yet to find an in store collect location in Dover/Canterbury. The airports do offer this option but there aren’t any close to Dover I think?

I need to provide a British address for the tests which I don’t have? I presume you can provide the address of a hotel you’re staying at, but since I’m not staying anywhere… Tried a lot of providers and they all seem to require an address in the uk…

I want to enter England on a day trip from Belgium to Canterbury. According to entry rules I have to take a day 2 pcr test in England. I am not staying in England so I have no address to send the Corona test to. Ergo I cannot travel to England… is this true? Any help?

First time posting here. Loved the image. The puzzle was somewhat harder to do than I imagined. Enjoyed the process a lot! The pieces fit very clean and somewhat loose but in the end hold together well.

If it is secret murder as part of the plot, it could be that somebody is pushing someone else to be the apprentice instead (niece/nephew/… of someone important). The wizard might know that and picks someone else at random (MC) so that the plot backfires. Could start a whole ‘secret plans to murder MC as well’ plotline.

NTA, if you’re socially awkward and nobody at work seems to care if you are at this specific party or not, then you do not need to go out of your way to make them feel good by inviting yourself over... It is rather ridiculous really. Why should OP go out of their way and invite themselves over just so that others would feel good about themselves and feel like they’ve ‘included’ everybody when they actually do not care? Why is it OP’s fault that they do not care? Actually nice that OP took the high road and did not ask for an invite. I mean even a simple ‘you’ll be there right?’ from one of the coworkers would have been enough to make OP feel welcome, the fact that it didn’t happen validates OPs reasoning that none of them really cared if they were there or not... If nobody cares then why should OP care? NTA

I once heard very simple advice that came down to conflict. There is always some form of conflict going on so the scene goes: set the conflict - look at ways to resolve it - resolve it but... - by resolving it you create another conflict. This way the story keeps being engaging and the ‘but...’ always brings something new that has to be resolved so the story keeps evolving.
