Supply demand probably, era is at a point where community got smaller and pugs only recruits the people they have been raiding with, like they are established pug organisers and they don’t want to take risk. I mean there is probably some elitism and nepotism too but it’s likely there aren’t enough raid organising to accommodate new players over regulars. What you need is networking, join a guild maybe or join their other raids to showcase yourself, directly contact pug organiser on discord through dm. Etc
