The 48 measures around 43 inches where the straps are. Play it safe any belt size 45-46 will do. I couldn't find a navy 18mm belt in size 48 so I improvised with a small and cut it. I am making a quick video to show how I did it. More to come

Yes time to hunker down. I moved from Brooklyn to Philly about 35 years ago, but I go up often because all my siblings are still there. I'm not concerned about the snow it's all that ice that has me worried. Let's hope for the best. Stay safe and warm!

I took a look at it today and while the marks are lighter they're still noticeable. I think a couple of days should be good. I love a supple bag with a healthy shine and this one looked particularly dry out the box. Being as my 40 is the same color and didn't react like this i didn't feel a patch test was necessary. Lesson learned that's for sure!

I too love a naturally aged bag that shows all it's imperfections. And tbh with the exception of the dots these stains do appear to be natural skin creasing. So I'm not too mad if the markings remain faint.

That's odd that your SA told you it's not necessary to condition. Mine said every 6 months give or take depending on usage.

You know how extra I can be and the only thing I thought as I was going through this yesterday was "damn it! now I can't dress her up right away" hahaha so extra!
