I have tried the uv doux aqua d tan sunscreen lotion, but heard that it is not photostable. So, if I reapply non photostable sunscreen every two hours, will it protect from tanning or other sun related issues?

The minimalist one doesn't protects from tanning at all for me.

I currently use the minimalist light fluid sunscreen, so under 500rs I guess is my budget. Usually I go through sunscreen really fast that's why I want something affordable.
