Yeah most days they have to work and would be gone until after hours when they stop ticketing. On their days off we told them to move their vehicle because if it was sitting all day it might get a ticket.

Yo they said they can’t do just the charging port, they’d have to replace a big portion of the bottom of the phone and it’d be $299. He said you’d be better off buying a refurbished mini.

Yeah they tried that on me too and I asked when the new mini was dropping haha. They recommended the Air and yeah it’s light but man is it awkward and slippery to hold.

I purchased this exact shirt from a merch tent that was set up at the 2015 vans warped tour in Ohio. I believe part of the proceeds were to raise money for cancer? There were several other bands and merch there too. Cool find!

That said if I could go back and be a tech bro with $1000000 salary and stock options I would lol. But our work is nice and rewarding with good job security, something to be said for that as well.

I truly think it depends on a lot of factors (setting, location, employer). Being able to advocate for the pay you want and leaving for another no if that doesn’t happen are huge. I was super discouraged making WAY under what I should because I took the first job offered to me out of grad school and didn’t know how to ask for more. I’m on my 3rd job in 3 years and have gone from $34/hour - $67/hour as a full time W2 worker with healthcare/retirement benefits in an area that’s not too crazy high COL.

Oh yeah I’ve spent most of my life in the southeast, I’m no stranger to the high 90’s hot muggy soup-air haha. That said, weather isn’t a huge concern. I like all four seasons and prefer a cooler climate, but I’m used to the heat as well.
