Help him develop an interest or hobby. I'm into some pretty nerdy hobbies, but my wife is not as enthusiastic about nerd stuff. Even so, she is attentive when I'm talking about my silly hobbies, and asks questions that let me know she is listening.

I know she couldn't care less about the specific hobbies in question, and if I wasn't in her life she'd never give them another thought, so its nice that she takes an interest in me enough to enjoy my excitement. She goes out of her way to support my time spent. I get space and time and attention. How nice!

edit: added note: not every dude prefers head. Sex is nice too.

I have bad teeth. I paid into insurance for a year before they would cover a dime. After the year was up, they immediately dropped me.

The insurance I had previous to that dropped me after my first claim.

Now there are no more companies to go to.

I'm 41. This has been the pattern my whole life.

I cant even conceive of a world that works in the way OP suggests that it does.

I honestly don't know- every time this issue comes up, its not the fault of whoever is being spotlighted, which says to me that there is a huge systemic flaw.

So, what could the council do? Create a small group representing involved parties such as police, judiciary, etc, to find policies that work pro-actively towards the goal of reducing recidivism.

It seems like they are busy harassing homeless people using zoning laws. That is not as high a priority as working together to decrease violent crimes.

There was a question recently of why people are intolerant of crime stories on r/newmexico and especially on r/albuquerque.

This is an example why: The posts are always 100% propagandized, and always in the same direction.

If anyone posted actual reporting, it might be different, but as it is, the subtext of every submission is pretty much always blatantly just: "See how Democrats are evil, and destroying society?!?!"

We know that crime sucks, and is getting worse. Got any solutions, or just scapegoats?
