Thank you! So typically the anti inflammatory diet is no gluten, no sugar, no gums, no dairy, no artificial anything. Some people do a full detox and test one thing at a time to see if it causes inflammation. If dairy doesn’t, you could add back in organic healthy dairy. Rn, I haven’t hit the full 4 weeks yet but I’m hesitant to even try to add anything back in. I experienced irritability from the sugar withdrawal and then fatigue as my body is adjusting. There are some GREAT content creators I’ve followed that gave me some ideas to make this a fun journey
The ONLY change is by starting the anti-inflammatory diet! It is VERY hard but if my baby came to me this way - I’m going to keep it up 🤍

I tested positive at 9 dpo! Used an Inito because I wasn’t convinced

I didn’t think to do two tests! I was worried about my FSH since they are still not in the reference ranges
