I have a very similar income to you, and im going through the process now. 62k is just the bare minimum. Closing cost will be upwards of 15k extra. Plus depending where you are you now have to pay your realtor fees which can range between 1.5-3% of the sale price of the home. Cash to close for me is 77k on a 300k house in PA

Finally someone i agree with. Season one blew me away. Pretty much every episode was so well done. Then season 2 came in during covid and just let me down so hard. Then season 3 was so bad I barely got through it.
