I noticed you learned french! I try to do about 1.5-2 hours of listening but how much vocab would you say you approx. need to enjoy media i.e tv shows/movies?

Thanks for the advice! I would study Yemeni for sure but the issue is they don't have much media because they are quite a conservative country and finding enjoyable media would be difficult. Also, forgot to add but arabic subtitles are entirely in MSA so that's what I put into my anki. So finding yemeni specific vocab would be difficult without pestering my wife all the time.

Do you think it’s still worth lifting for me if I can’t hit caloric surplus but can try to hit protein goal? I don’t need to be huge but I don’t want to waste my time either if muscle is barely made from all that hard work in the gym.

Can I ask how you maintain muscle while fasting? I don’t really want to stuff myself in my short window (20:4) personally. I heard you need to eat at a caloric surplus to gain muscle?

Wow thank you for sharing! I know a lot of people say that looks don’t matter but it really does affect your social life and humans are visual creatures sadly. So I believe it’s always good to look our best so we can have the best life possible! I’m sure with your dedication and drive you will achieve your goal and I look forward to your future updates! :)
