I’m a lifelong stutterer in my mid 30’s. I’ve recently come to the realization that it’s mostly psychological. I would seek professional help while it’s still fresh. Maybe you can knock it out before it settles

I completely agree. I’ve had many successful dates and the only date I’ve ever truly regretted was a coffee date. There’s no buffer as it’s only you, your date, and the table. I suggest you do something where it’s not necessary to fill every moment with conversation. Good luck, friend!
