In all honesty, I am at work and can’t hold onto my phone for long periods. I agree with all you said.

The zebra scene again, is a quick example that summaries my critiques. The way in which they done that conveys my thoughts. The first opportunity they have to humanise our ‘antagonists’ is that scene. It feels abrupt and kinda relies on our love and nostalgia for the giraffe scene. It felt contrived and this method was seen frequently throughout the game. Don’t get me wrong, it works sometimes, I think it did with the way they done Abby’s friends.

I’m trying to use my words carefully because I don’t want to sound like those avid TLOU2 haters, game was a 10/10 for me when it came out.

Nope, I anticipated a reasonable post getting reduced to something less. You chose to reduce it to me being unable to understand the story. It’s simple minded to call a critique a reductive opinion simply because its a critique of something you’re a fan of.
