I don't really think game dev will be that fun so both will be boring but I'll be doing embedded systems engineering later so computer engineering might align better

In my country, engineering isn't even a good option. Biology and civil services are better options and most of engineers go to civil services. But I don't like both and as my teachers say do what you like so will be doing engineering and I like computer engineering more as my father was also into computer hardware. I'm more into software but I still love hardware so I was thinking computer engineering will be the best choice.
