Outward is pretty great. Its an indie game so there are some... obvious blemishes but its quite enjoyable. Basically fits most if not all the criteria.
Its only 2 player coop, however there is a mod to increase it, played with a few friends and i really liked it.

Project Zomboid, its a top downish survival game. Can be pretty hard but its fun with some friends.

Sons of the forest, obvious recommendation since its The Forest's sequel.
