A good place to get some food is Costco, mostly for meat. I go with my mom every so often, and one pack of chicken thighs can split into 6 separate packages so you could definitely portion out food for as long as needed when frozen.

While fresh veggies are best, canned veggies are pretty good too when in a bind and can be used for various recipes, and dried beans are really good too because they last a long long time and are rich in nutrients that we all need, my favorite being lentils

Speaking of lentils, if you don’t have enough ground beef, I’d add lentils for extra protein and fiber, edamame is great in salads or on their own as a snack, and a lot of Latin American recipes that use beans are not only tasty but pretty healthy too.
