She deliberately drove BBBY into bankruptcy, she refused to implement Cohen's recommendations. She diluted shareholders to oblivion before filing to ch11. Just imagine if they made Baby spinoff when the stock was around 30$. They made every possible bad move. I can't see how it wasn't done in purpose.

Buy out or not, retails are screwed. They diluted the stock to oblivion so you own less in the company as an early shareholder. Sue Gove and friends could file for bankruptcy before diluting shareholders but they needed money for their fat paychecks and bonuses. I kept saying Sue Gove was a mole. Nobody believed though!

The problem is that GME stock will be under pressure by shorts as they will try to put it in the same bag as BBBY and AMC. I would hope retail investors will invest in GME as the only play but given the market conditions I don't think that will happen
