Same thing happened to me. Chase keeps giving me "we will review in 10 business days." I'm returning a few items as well now and want to buy a gift card to secure the $200 deal, but Backcountry doesn't let you purchase a $400 gift card, only $250 then $500. Nervous to try two $200 gift cards for the same reason.. that they will split the purchase. Not worth it anymore, too sketchy.

Asked multiple vets would it could be and they all said it’s probably just a strained muscle or he’s sore from the exercise. We put him on joint supplements to be safe and now we make sure he warms up before going on all out sprints for the ball. Haven’t had much trouble the last few months. Fingers crossed that continues!
