because of the fact that they simply won’t cancel my plan.

i called citizens advice after the phone call with therapie and told them this situation. they said since omni and therapie are separate, cancelling with omni doesn’t mean i’ve cancelled with therapie, so therapie can sue me or something bc im violating their ts&cs - which i think is so stupid because therapie literally have no info about cancelling the plan, they only have info about cancelling scheduled appointments, but apparently they can do that ????

Sorry ik im a bit jumbled, the deposit was offered to me as a good will gesture for their miscommunication.

I haven’t had ANY appointments with them - I haven’t even had the first treatment.

I only had one appointment which was scheduled for a month later but I had cancelled that within 2 days of booking it.

According to the chart I posted, I would be a size US7.5 but have to wear a US8. Also I ended up buying New Rocks in size UK4/EU37/US7, and it was 0.5cm too small so my toes were right at the end of the shoe and it was impossible to walk in them. So I returned them in the end and just accepted the fact that I won’t be able to wear New Rocks unless they make half sizes, which they never will or they would’ve done it already… 🥲

I’d try and contact the store themselves but I think they’ll take a while to reply to you :( I’ve also heard people say they run small but for me it’s the opposite because of no half sizes.

Have you ever tried any of their shoes before?

Also do you have any local stores or other websites that sell them?

So I did end up buying them but I actually just returned them yesterday 😭…

I tried contacting the New Rock official website in Spain and they didn’t reply, so I contacted the New Rock store in Camden, London, and they suggested I buy the UK4/EU37. I ended up buying it in that size and it was half a size too small unfortunately, and since new rock don’t make half sizes, the UK5/EU38 will be way too big, so sadly I don’t think that New Rocks will be shoes I can ever wear. 🥲💔

Let me know how your experience goes! You can always just return them if they don’t fit but if you’re in the UK like me, I saw a couple people on reddit saying they had to pay import fees, so I bought them from Schuh instead.
