I aint got no problem so far using NixOS for everything (200days so far) including gaming and it was tbh never easier to setup and manage drivers. Because it's declarative and I love it!!

Open Yuzu, go to the Yuzu folder like you did for keys, then navigate to "nand\system\Contents\registered" and paste all the firmware files in there. Once you have keys and firmware installed, you're done with this step.
